We were the first – and we’re still here.

Hoffmann is Denmark’s oldest construction company and a major player in the Danish construction and civil engineering industry. The company currently employs around 500 permanent employees. In addition, we have more than 1,000 craftsmen and technical advisers at our disposal via business partners and subcontractors. We work from eight offices spread across Denmark.

Since 2000, Hoffmann has been part of the Norwegian Veidekke Group, one of Scandinavia’s leading contractors. The Group practices systematic knowledge sharing across the Group, so that innovative new solutions also benefit Hoffmann’s customers in Denmark.

When we adopted “Hoffmann – the solution-oriented partner” as our motto more than 20 years ago, we also laid the foundation for the position we hold today. Since then, these words have guided everything we do, internally and externally.

Our inclusive three-phase collaboration model ensures that Hoffmann makes a significant contribution, from start to finish, to the projects in which we are involved. This applies to supplier project design, process optimisation and ensuring a financial overview.

Early involvement is the key to our successful collaboration with customers and subcontractors. We fully involve ourselves and our customers and suppliers in the projects, as our experience shows that this creates increased productivity, greater job satisfaction and, not least, better results.

Specifically, we gather all relevant stakeholders early in the process. Besides you as a customer, this may include architects, engineers and suppliers. Together, we identify needs, wishes and challenges. We find the best solutions together, align expectations and determine the optimal project process in terms of quality, time frame and economy. Since every process has its own dynamics, we continuously follow up on agreements and goals via evaluation meetings and workshops. Our focus is on optimising processes and making the best possible use of each other’s strengths and skills.

 

 

Phase 0
In Phase 0, competent Hoffmann teams with years of experience and many projects behind them assess the project’s realisation potential, as well as the optimisation potential, finances and risk profile.

Phase 1
Phase 1 focuses on design/engineering, authorities and procurement.

Phase 2
Phase 2 focuses on the execution, delivery and technical commissioning of the project.
